New High-Pressure Sintering Furnace Put into Operation to Boost Capacity, Quality and Delivery ——Zhuzhou Tony Carbide Co., Ltd.

 

On April 17, 2026, Zhuzhou Tongyi Cemented Carbide Co.,  Ltd. successfully installed, commissioned and officially  put into operation a new Model 5518 2MPa pressure  sintering furnace. This equipment upgrade aims to  further expand the professional pressure sintering  production capacity of our key product lines, including  cemented carbide button bits, solid bars, PDC substrate  blanks, SS10 inserts, and wire drawing dies.

                                                                                                                    

The furnace enables high-precision and high-uniformity  pressure sintering, which significantly improves product  density, internal structure, hardness, strength and wear  resistance, ensuring stable and high-end product  quality. Meanwhile, the new capacity greatly eases  production pressure and substantially shortens  production and delivery lead times for batch orders,  enhancing response speed and delivery reliability to  
better meet market demands.

This investment marks an important step in our strategy  of capacity expansion, quality improvement and delivery  acceleration.
